Customizable Carbon fiber/titanium steering column suitable for all karts. Lengths available from 450-500mm, 20mm diameter.
M8 or M10 thread for the bottom mount.

Length required of Column excluding threaded end, bottom thread M8/M10, height of Joint above bottom of column.
Materials used: Xpreg XC110 2×2 3k, Xpreg XC130 2X2 12k, Xpreg XC130 Unidirectional 300g.

Wall thickness combined 2.5mm (1mm Carbon, 1.5mm titanium)
Resin Type: Epoxy
Process: Autoclave Cured @ 120 degrees c via roll wrapped titanium tube co-cured.
Max service temperature: 130 degrees C
Fitment: All karts with 20mm column diameter.
